Pathways to Competitiveness: Western Australian Agriculture

Western Australia has a handful of agrifood sectors that are internationally competitive and at global scale, for example wheat, oats, canola. What is required to become globally competitive? How did peer countries or industries transform their industries? What is the Pathway to Competitiveness? What is required for Western Australia to expand beyond a handful of key sectors? This report includes case studies into five key sectors: pork, dairy, potatoes, citrus and oats. The report identifies what is required for these sectors to become globally competitive.
