Mapping the Structure of the New Zealand Food & Beverage Industry

Prepared for the New Zealand food and beverage taskforce, 2005

This report commissioned by the Food and Beverage Taskforce.

The scope was to provide a top level overview of the New Zealand Food and Beverage Industry. The Taskforce required a common set of comparable quantitative measures, a framework of facts for understanding the sector, develop an understanding of historic growth and future potential growth.

This report should be read in conjunction with the subsequent recommendations.
