Recommendations to the New Zealand Food & Beverage Taskforce

Prepared for the New Zealand food and beverage taskforce, 2005

This report was commissioned by the Food and Beverage Taskforce.

The scope was to provide a top level overview of the New Zealand Food and Beverage Industry. As a result of the research Coriolis made a number of recommendations to the Taskforce based on potential strategies and directions for F&B.

This report should be read in conjunction with the Mapping the Structure of the NZ F&B industry.
